This is literally the “thin” book of trust, coming in at a mere 76 pages, but every page is pure gold. Feltman describes the four domains of trust: care, sincerity, reliability, and competence. He explains how you can trust someone in some domains but not others, and once you understand that, you then know what might be necessary to repair trust in that relationship. Reading this book underscores how fundamental trust is to all relationships in our lives, personal and professional, and how quickly the lack of trust can negatively impact individual and team dynamics. Spend an evening reading this book and I promise it will be a reference you return to again and again.
